Ground Stabilization mesh is a high quality plastic mesh manufactured from HDPE for stabilizing ground, grass and slopes. Ground stabilisation mesh helps prevent mudded areas made by vehicles on soil and grass tracks. Ground Stabilisation mesh is therefore ideal to stabilize slopes and embankments.
Ground stabilisation net can be used in the construction of small roads to prevent surface deformation caused by penetration of the granular sub-base into the soft sub-grade. For this application the plastic mesh should be laid over the unstable land and covered with a layer of well-graded, rough stone (Type 1 Road Stone - approx. 250mm minimum) to form a rigid interlock, restraining lateral movement of the stone and producing a stable surface.
